We work in a telesales call center. We have 5 teams competing with each other. We want a FLASH dashboard to show in big LCD monitors. We will provide the xml data and it will transform the XML to visual graphics and lists.



We need avatars/logos for different teams and 100 team members. We can use cliparts or royalty free stuff for team members but teams have to be custom. We need a dashboard showing,



Personal Ranking : A Team members ranking among other members


Team Ranking : A teams ranking among other teams


Movers & Shakers : A person who is consistently going up or going down in rankings.


Operational Targets : Current values vs operational fix targets.


We want the dashboard to update hourly and show,



daily


weekly


monthly statistics


Also the dashboards need to be fancy. Meaning:


It will have animations about Personal rankings, ie. If the leader is passed by the runnerup it will show an animation. The animations will show who went up and who went down. (around 10 different animations for 5 different themes-50 total)


if the team ranking is changed it will also have animations. These have to be 5 animations for 5 different themes


If the daily, weekly or monthly target is met it will have animations.


Movers and shakers must be shown with animations. (10 different sets for 5 different themes - 50 total)
