Development of a new portal basically for sending Bulk SMS. Users can register online to create an account and purchase credit through pay pal.
User can create sub-accounts for other co-workers. All users in the account can send SMS from the Web interface, manage their phone books and message templates. SMS can be sent immediately or scheduled, to an individual or to a group of contacts. The contacts in the Phone book can be imported from .xls or .csv files. The user will have access to a History page with all the SMS sent.
The portal will use an http interface (existing) to connect to a gateway for sending SMS.
