We would like a detailed, step-by step analysis of two separate websites with the following:
(1) What is required to create such websites?  Software, Hardware, Programming script and languages.  Be very specific and recommendations based on experience and feasibility.
(2) Step-by-Step, how can each be designed, developed and coded?  
(3) A timeline (proposed) for when each step should be completed over a possible 1, 2, 3 month period.
(4) How can these sites can be optimized/marketed with both SEO and on-site optimization?
Each site should have a minimum of 10 pages of analysis for each question with screenshots of each included within.
