A menu-based application is required for Mobile Phone usages. The application will naturally reside on Mobile phones and able to function across several mobile phone devices including BlackBerry, Nokia, Sony Ericson, Motorola, Samsung, etc.


The intuitive J2ME mobile application client will have abilities to use both SMS messaging and GPRS as transport layer for a mobile application platform. Necessary encryption for GPRS connectivity to interact with existing server application must be considered.

The project also include provision of a web server to administer registration and delisting of users, over-the-air push to customers, and facility to interface with other applications using socket and http means of communicating.

The bidder MUST have similar experiences in mobile application client using both SMS messaging and GPRS with appropriate encryption between the mobile phone and the application server; able to demonstrate previous experiences; able to work with minimum supervision; and able to bring his experience on board with a view of presenting robust application by using high level specifications and description that will be presented. The bidder must be available for further enhancement and willing to guarantee his own job
