I need someone to build a tool (preferably webhosted) that allows me to upload a datafile from excel and will process the uploaded information with an API and will process some predefined calculations (e.g., create charts, etc.).  The tool will also need to perform some web searches using the uploaded information and then get results from those searches (e.g., number of results)



The tool will also need to have a simple UI which allows the user to view the uploaded information and scan through the results.



The tool will also need to have simple user login functionality.
