1 the website will have google maps-projects and providers can be viewed in a list or map.


2 featured providers (providers can pay to be featured-just like featured and urgent projects)


3 Special Offers-a place where service providers will post a special offer ads (discounts, deals, savings). Same principle as posting an ad.


This will also include option for the special offer to be featured. There will be a standard cost associated with a regular posting of a special offer.


All Payments will be made through paypal (payments standard)


The back end must be robust and include bid filtering and category questions among others. Only those with previous experience should bid.
