I am looking to create simple company webpage that will link to other websites I have. I would like the layout to be similar to http://www.emg.ca/  but I want it to have an "houses for rent" theme and want it to look much nicer.



I require a content management feature to manage the links on the site of the page, the footer and the rest of the website content.



I want the site to be a flash site.
