I have a client that wants an appraisal management site.



Users:

Lendors

Admin

Appraisers



The site needs to be able to take orders by credit card for Home Appraisals. (Can this be done on a one page checkout?)



After the order is placed, the admin wants to assign the order or appraisal to an appraiser. The appraiser then completes the appraisal, and uploads it back to the site. Admin would either accept or reject the appraisal. Once complete, appraisal should be available to the purchaser/lender. Appraisers and Purchasers should be able to go back and look at their order histories.



I have a decent joomla template already, but I'm open to all suggestions on how to get this finished up. I need this project finished up quickly, so please include your estimate on completion
