I have one freelancer which does excellent job.

Extremely reliable

PHP and RoR fluent, MySQL DB and etc.
I need more like him. Reliable, ethic and subcontractors which care about their promises and what we agree upon.

I am giving this so we can see where are you and compare. Also, review and let me know your estimates and how competitive you can be. If you can provide better pricing, then great.
Long-term only! Please without generic bids. At this moment the priority is PHP5 fluent freelancers, companies.
I have a project which we are going to start by the end of November, and a portion of it, it is ready, a smaller part is ready, and you will need to get the other stages which are much more work.
