I'm looking at creating an Australia only real-estate website where users can create their own login where they can search, browse, add properties (watch), upload their own house pictures and participate in blogs. Users have a research area in their own login where they can leave notes, add pictures 
Users can easily search from the main page wether there searching for rental properties or properties for sale (dropdown menu + land for sale +new land estates + new apartments) site administrator will have the power to create more advanced logins for real-estate agencies where they can create a one page per house profile including pictures, house info, google maps property location and contact info.  The site will be a simpler, cleaner looking, more user friendly. Sort of cross between Apple.com and realestate.com.au And also really important that advanced users can create their property profiles with minimal effort.  I am after the structured layout of the website and will do the graphic design myself.
