Wordpress Plugin Developed.

You will create a wordpress plugin that we can integrate into existing and new wordpress projects.



The plugin should handle a booking calendar and CRM with front end and back end. The front end would allow the customer to view the calendar, create an account and optionally book them self on the calendar. The back end would be to administrate the calendar, the customers information and communicate with the customer via email, and to log all comments and communication about the customer



What is the project?



Front-end:



The Front-end would offer to the final customer (you or me) the possibility to book yourself an appointment on a calendar without having to call. (ex: I am Linda and I want to book an appointment with my garage, I just go on the website, create an account with the requested information and book a full day for my car revision or send an email requesting the booking)

Back-end:



The administrator (garage - hair-dresser, physiotherapist...) can have as much calendar booking system as he want. (ex: if a hair dresser have 3 members of staff, each can have a calendar to receive booking)



If the administrator want to change a booking, he just go on it as an admin and amend it and the system send automatically an email or text message to the customer to inform about the amendment. (Linda thought that her car revision would take a full day but the administrator at the garage think that only half a day would be enough)
