Project is to create a small (300x250) Flash widget that has two tabs.



One tab has a Flash map of the United States (supplied) where you can drill down to the region level and then link to another website.



The Project tab has two drop downs listing projects. Selecting a project links to external URLs on another website.



Wireframes and written specification are supplied.
