Develop a web-based application to read real estate MLS data from a RETS compliant server and aggregate it into a local database. Experience and existing application experience with MLS is a must. ALL work to be property of company - no license restrictions.



Will require application to be web-based, stand-alone and adminsitered fully online to grab data from a local MLS source, cross-reference the fields against a standard library of fields represenatative of the dabatase and post the data feed to the database at prescribed intervals.
Windows or Linux, mySQL & an acceptable platform for development
