We require two websites to be DESIGNED. Feel free to bid on one or the other, but preferably BOTH. This bid request is for both websites by default.



NO PROGRAMMING, FUNCTIONALITY OR DEVELOPMENT IS REQUIRED



The DELIVERABLES will be PSDs as well as having both sites independantly CUT UP into HTML/CSS to be fully compliant. We require the standard 'good practices' to be used, i.e. tableless 'div' design and very SEO friendly.



*** Standard canned responses and "we are experts in.." nonesense will be completely disregarded ***



I am not overly fussy when it comes to the graphic product, but it will need to be up to standard, and the developer will need to continue working on it until it is up to standard. I am happy to pay separately for reasonable items required from boxedart or istockphoto etc.



You OBVIOUSLY must not use copyrighted images or just steal images you find on google images etc.



We want to model the sites on http://www.peer1hosting.co.uk/ or http://www.serverbeach.com/ to name a few. These should give an idea of the exact style that we want.



SITE 1

A web hosting/dedicated server Company, "Online Innovations", "OINOC"

A logo and templated site is required.



SITE 2

A VPN Hosting Provider "APNIC VPN Hosting"



Both sites to be made in line with the description above.
