I have a site that is being designed and I am looking for a graphics and creative design person to start working with on the look of the site. I cannot tell you the name of the site until after you when the bid but can give you details here of a general idea.



It is NOT adult oriented but rather real estate oriented. I need the overall look and Theme to be colorful, minimalistic, clean, funish, effiecient, slightlty playful. Also I need 5-10 plug in templates for properties that I put on the sight that will work seamlessly with the property data and each look quite unique and can be chosen or rotated simple by selecting the new template.



I will also need some flash or animation work but will pay separately for it.



You will be working with my site builder who is building the site with you in mind so that your work can just plug into the data.



I want ownership rights to all designs, marks, icons, images, etc. So I need original non copy written stuff.
