I am looking for a coder who can take a .PSD file and chop it up and code it into working HTML.
There is a homepage and sub page template.
The homepage contains a main navigation menu, a primary graphic and two RSS feeds.
The sub page contains a main navigation menu, and 1 RSS feed in the side column.
Need quick turnover.
