New Website project:
Complete update of website / shopping cart
Download to local pc current shop files
Install the latest version of cart software in a different folder than the current one
Make a copy of the database and download a copy for safe keeping
Set up a new store
Prepare new template with logos etc install new template
Add all desired modifications
Put the current shop down for maintence
Run conversion tool on the original database, importing it into the new store
Move old store to backup location
Move new store to desired location
Set new store live
Have a beautiful flash introduction before entering homepage and skip button to skip if client chooses to do so
Fully test  and ensure 100% functionality of website and all modules
Perform a complete database conversion and making sure all products from original site are in new one
