Download emails bot job, created using vb.net / sql server / 2.0 framework.

This Job runs at all time's on the server / triggered at regular intervals(every 15 minutes).
preferably a service based utility via windows services, meaning gets started automatically the moment server is started.
Once the emails are downloaded to server, make sure to populate all tables with info.
3 tables to populate: Tab_ccsNetEmaildownloadMaster, Tab_ccsnetemailFilesInfo, Tab_ccsnetEmailDistributionInfo.
