I need a law firm web site designed with a custom logo, professional graphics, and at least 10 pages of content. The web site must also have a contact form that submits to an email address and to a MySQL database. The site must be created using Smarty and content must be stored and retrieved from the database.

Two examples have been included for a sample of how much content will be required as well as the quality of graphic design. I am looking for more cutting edge graphics than both of these sites.
