The site in question is coded with traditional style php coding. No framework whatsoever. I would like it to be rebuilt using zendframework.  It's a pure Custom built content Management system.  

Home page is a 4 column layout left and right side banners. other pages are  header, body footer style with left and right banner columns. 

I have dedicated page for audio broadcasting as well, Mp3 files are stored in my server and played using flash player .
