Phase 1 (current): Provide function to use SugarCRM to integrate with Joomla member record through SOAP. Sync the Joomla community builder members database to SugarCRM for central customer profile. Approve, amend the profile and update back to the Joomla CB database. 
I estimate the budget but you are welcome to tell me what is required. 

Phase 2 (will extend after the above with separate budget): Sync the help desk request from Joomla back to SugarCRM for central handling. Update the case back to Joomla for client inquiry of status.
