Must be able to deliver the whole package:
-graphic/logo design
-UI design
-code all features (search, Ajax)

Time must be tracked using a time tracking tool.

Weekly status reports must be submitted.

This bid is for multiple sites to be designed. 

Must have excellent portfolio.
