PHP/Mysql/Javascript expert needed to develop face lift for a dating site.

The site has about 15 pages and 8 email templates. 

Simple mysql database with 18 tables. 

This is HTML/CSS/JS/PHP/MYSQL job with ability to extract graphics from photoshop designs.

Need to add:
Support for international location selection - drop down of country-state-city-area

Detection of user location based on IP

Some JavaScript to show popup, hover window and images

Multiple domains pointing to one site

Video recording support

Instant messenger
 
Pages are home, my account, mail, edit card, view card, search, upload images, billing, text pages (terms, policy, help), email template.

Demo site is located at http://www.sexpalusa.com but the graphics will be completely enhanced and with the above functionalities

The selected developer will communicate status daily and upload changed files daily to the test environment I'm providing. This is a MUST.
