We are using vbulletin 3.8.4 joomla 1.5.14 and jreviews 2.1.5.124

- Jreviews linked with vb profile  - when you click on username it takes them to vb profile
User Reputation System
   -Users also get rep points for writing articles
   -With the thumbs up thumbs down feature for rep points, we want to scale this a little instead of 1 point per click.
        -1 point for new users
        -2 points for users who have been with the forum longer than 6 months
        -3 points for users who have been with the forum longer than 12 months
        -4 points for users who have been with the forum longer than 24 months and all moderators and super moderators
        -5 points for all administrators
Reputation points for article ratings
         -Users will earn reputation points for how there article is rated
             &n bsp;       -1 for 1-2 stars (scaled by user see above)
no change for 3 stars
             &n bsp;       +1 for 4-5 stars (scaled by user see above)
Top Post
          -Need a top post of the month by reputition points earned by user.
           -need a little widget on the side of the forum where it will show the top post of the month (if current month is october it will show steptembers top post.
          -This needs to be able to to changed to top post of the week and top post of the day(leave documentation on how to do this or set it up with a drop down option for us to choose)
          -A page that will archive list all pervious top post of the month/week/day(about 10-20) on a page.
Vbulletin Avatars
        -VBulletin Avatars and Vbullletins profile pictures must sync.  Users will not be able to upload an avatar only a profile picture and that should sync to the avatar.
         -For current users that have only an avatar and no profile picture, sync avatar to profile picture.
For current users that have only a profile picture and no avatar your script should sync all profile pictures to avatars.
         -For current users that have both move avatar to profile picture and move profile picture to a new picture album.
Then after everything is synced, do not allow users to upload avatars and only profile pictures which again will sync to the avatar.
User Favorites (system needs to be created)
         -Each user will have a favorites page in their vb profile where they can keep track of their favorite articles, post and blogs. This can be viewed by other users
        -Have some type of filter system so users can filter post/articles and blogs. (similar to the vbulletin blogs page under "Blogs from the Members of Forums" you see Recent Entries, Best Entries, Best Blogs)
User Notifications
          -If you look at vbulletin once you get a PM/friend request etc you will have notifications. We need this feature on the top of joomla.

Misc
      -remove bbcode from joomla side, related forum post 

      -Recent vbblogs module for joomla.
