We are interested in a right to left CMS system that will be flexible to use in many sites.

here's an example of the layout in the Hebrew language: http://www.lawtip.co.il

as you can see the the menu above is very clear & categorized.
we'd like this kinda menu to be changeable (not graphics but text above graphic) and to have the option to change the menu photos.

the side menu has the same categories as above and more options reveal as u hover over it.

other options that needs to be included:
contact form that follows the user.
photo gallery

about the management system: 
the system needs to be Right to Left and include a WYSIWYG editor. 
not a must: we'd like the option to add a poll / newsletters / forums and more...
