We want a clean and simple to use video pages local search directory available in English; Spanish; French initially....all components and API's are in place as well content for site.

We need a user friendly and easy to use UI for a video mixing/creation tool. We have an API from a company who is providing us access to their technology. (Clients will upload images via our image resize tool into the video creation template, choose their music from our music library at vid clips click preview to view then click publish to their content page...their content page will have specific field where their logo and text will appear on the video such as the logo will appear in the top right hand corner of the JW Player.


We have a concept design for the home page (web-site is a video pages local search directory) video player at the top; search bar underneath; google custom map at the bottom....the user enters their search the results are displayed on the map below....the user moves their cursor over each icon which displays a 2/3rds page size of the client page....the user clicks on the chosen icon and page opens....the flash video on the client content page streams when clicked

Key components........Insert content; ad links; ad instant messenger with indicator on/off when client online; design client content page; ad API for client videos automatically distribute to media distribution company; client admin page with dashboard to customize page - skin colour, ad content boxes etc; user/client registration; login; help; heading tabs below google custom map; meta tags/keywords for videos for search engines; music and image library where users will preview and ad to the UI/video mixing tool; a jpeg image resize utility is being prepared for us to enable the user to upload images into the UI/resize tool fast; logo design/brand; DB - scalable; 

Our UK Database content provider will supply us with 1.75m details on local businesses in a .csv file approx 1GB....this content will need to populate the content pages each will be a standard format......the client is able to create up to six videos each of which is two minutes in length for their content page....each client is charged one price so the shopping cart is straight forward.

Timeline......The beta site is required in December....test and fine tune for 30 days with the view to finalizing end of January if not earlier..preferred.
