I am looking for an experienced developer to build me a multi-user version of the software script machform.

This utility will allow multiple users to build contact forms and save the data to individual databases as well as email the responses to their individual email accounts. The program will generate html that can be copy and pasted to their websites.

The data should be available for view and export on their individual account dashboards. Responses will be tallied and be displayed in bar/pie graph form. Users will be able to filter results and export the filtered results as needed. Desired output is excel, csv, txt and pdf.

This is the first phase of a much larger project so additional work may be available if quality work is produced for this job.
