I need a fully functional website for bidding construction jobs.  Very similar to http://www.bidabuilder.com . I don't want an exact replica but a similar site that uses a data base and contact management software, shopping cart, etc.  I like http://www.I-contact.com but I'm open for other simpler solutions. The site will need to include maintenance for 1 year, signing of non-disclosure/competitive agreements etc., approximately 50 pages.  Please don't bid on this job unless you can produce it in 30 days or less.
