Create an Altova Stylevision SPS, from an XML Schema and example XML file.

The XML Schema allows recursion (sections with sub-sections and sub-sub-sections).  Please have experience with XML and Stylevision.

I can't figure out how to do the recursion.  

I don't need fancy styling.  Just need the recursion and data entry to work.
