I am looking for candidates that will develop from a set of specification but can determine an appropriate course of action if the specification is not clear.  The course of action may be requesting clarification or proceeding with development.

The work will be broken up into manageable chunks for each of the candidates to work on.  The developed functionality must utilize C#/ASP.NET.  Utilize a CSS, to minimize the use of tables, as well as to provide site consistency.  Some of the "chunks" will be integrating with a SQL database.

It is expceted that the modules being created will be fully tested prior to be submitted as completed.

I will manage the integration of the pieces into the new site.
