Website & Database - PHP, AJAX, Google Maps, API AJAX, Database Modeling

We have a website that is 60% complete, previous team could not finish functionality, lack of experience working with Google Maps & database work, and also did not write in AJAX code as needed, so we need a new team to finish functionality, convert website to AJAX, and add more design with an eye to detail.
