The core of our business is creating graphically pleasing & architecturally sound websites that are built to Google Standards & Guidelines and are optimized for organic results in search engines.

We are looking for designers & developers to take on overflow projects & complete them in a professional timely manner to our exacting standards.

The successful developers must be experts in design, development & creation of cms.  They will provide samples of work completed including access to cms' built & e-commerce solutions implemented.

To be considered for this long term relationship the candidates must show the ability to follow detailed tasks as created in basecamp collaboration software.  They must be able to work within strict time lines to produce graphically pleasing websites.

Our company currently has an overflow of 16 development projects & our company is expanding every month.  The intention is to contract our 15-20 projects to the successful candidates per month.

In order to be considered the applicants must provide 5 recently completed design projects.

They must provide examples of 5 Content Management Systems (CMS) & the functionality of the back end.

Additionally we are looking for 3 samples of e-commerce implementations.

Finally, we will require 3 references of work.

Our business model is simple, if our vendor does quality work, follows our exacting standards in the time lines given, we will assign more & more projects to them.

We pay for performance.
