just like you see in example, once they pay the membership fees, they will put their office address etc on provider section. and this info can be search via zipcode

2) when new user signs up, it takes them to home page and say you are sucessfully signed up, i need this to say on its own page, same with "already a member" and error message position and color change. and some computer header is alignment..

3) need to upgrade default joomla form.

i need someone really fast who can start right away.
