TASK
—Create general layout idea, advise fonts, colours and sytle
—Get stock photos 
—Do the design for 1 main page and 2-3 internal pages
—Do simple logo design
—Finalize the site 

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS (BILLED SEPARATELY)
—Flash slideshow/collage for the main page, 5-7 slides
—Do the programming and set all up on WP or Joomla
—Attach a feedback form
—Attach online chat engine
—Make site hosted and running

The rate for design is 200$. Negotiable.
