What I need or require:
Verification Engine

1.       On the “create new account” or “edit personal information” page, blank fields are not allowed.

2.       On the “create new account”, upon submission, an email will be sent to the student’s email to validate their email address

 

Also, this verification engine will be supported by English and mandarin. However, there will only be one registration form and the fields/labels will be displayed in both English and mandarin. Inputs will be in both English and Mandarin.

Search/Display function

 

1.       Visitors will search for graduates by 

a.       student name.

2.       Search results would only consists of:

a.       Course date

b.      Course name


What I already have versus what the provider will build: 
This is a brand new app with no existing database. Form fields will be provided. Mock-ups of the engine as well. App to be hosted on Linux server.
