CMS
1) This portion of the website will have 7 pages. The content on these pages will be required to be editable. 

2) Each page will contain elements from Magento such as Categories, Login module, Link to Shopping Cart, New Titles and Upcoming Titles.

3) There is a search function for the site.

4) User must be able to upload PDFs for users to download.

Magento
1) Ecommerce payment methods: Paypal, Singapore Cheque or by Bank Transfer

2) Client must be able to update Books on Sale (Blue Box on Homepage).

3) Client must be able to update Featured Products and Featured Book Review.

4) New Titles and Upcoming Titles will be automatically updated.

5) Administrator must be able to add New Categories and Sub Categories.

6) The E-Commerce portion will have 4 Levels: Main Category > Sub Category > Book list > Book Info


What I already have versus what the provider will build: 
This is a brand new site. PSDs and Mock-ups will be provided. A static sample of the site will also be provided.

Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: 
Customisation of some Magento features will be required

Specific expertise that I am seeking: 
Programmer with knowledge of customizing Magento features
