I presently have a website that has been in business for 10 years online.

The ecommerce, which is on a subdomain, is built on one platform (Instantestore.com)

The main content part of the site - was recently re-built by a Freelancer, who created a custom CMS and it is experiencing some issues.

I am looking for some innovative ideas to streamline my whole site into ONE nicely flowing site which blends my content and my store into one beautiful site.

Here are some of the major things to consider:

-idevaffiliate - please know how to integrate this
-linkmachine - existing link exchange program
-youtube videos - want to be able to change on my own in ANY page.
- testimonials - want a nice way to display and add those
- new products - same
- social bookmarking ... easy for anyone to share my content all over.
- connected with my blog
- SEO FRIENDLY
- MAINTAIN EXISTING URLS

ECOMMERCE:

- Nearly 500 SKUs, if not more
- Nearly everything I sell is downloadable
- Preserve Entire Customer History since 2004
- Integrate with eFulfillmentService
- Again, maintain URLs

I will require a phone conversation with you.

I would like the ability to converse with the programmer, who would speak very good English and be available during my business hours, which are 9AM - 5PM EST in the US.

I need to see a plan of execution before beginning on the project so we are completely 100% on the same page about everything that is going to be done.

One thing to let you know is this:

I do have access to the server for the content site. 

But, the ecom site, is one of those webbased systems that I do not have access to their server.

So, the DataBase info I can get is what is available via downloads from the admin panel.

I can download DB's of pretty much everything.

Customer Information
Customer Order History
Products
Orders
Wishlists

But, is there a way to connect all these dots and make it display the same information as it does now???

A BONUS QUESTION:

If you can show me sites you have created that have the exact functionality I am looking for; sites which have heavy downloading; like .mp4s adn .mp3s I would like to see that.

Please ONLY provide me with RELEVANT information.

I do not wish to see any sites that were developed in other platforms as I know what I want.
