i am looking for a good flash developer and also a php coder who will be able to develop a good flash banner for my website also also complete the codeing.


1. the website will be a dynamic one coded in php/mysql.


2. there should be an admin panel in the website which i can use to uplod pictures.


3. need ajax effects to display the bigger version of the images.


4. a good flash banner is also needed for the website.

i will send you the design for the website which you can use.

it will be a company website.

## i gave this project to another programmer before but that person left it in the middle after payment was done. i will be not sending any payments until the project is complete. after the testing is done in our server payment will be sent immediately.
