Our current site was built with code that has been impossible to troubleshoot or add functions. This has created problem after problem. We need to rebuild using the latest PHP and Web 2.0 technologies. We are looking for a reasonable priced developer who has the skill in PHP plus graphic design so that the end result looks good. We are not looking for a complete redesign graphically just to re-write the code beneath the site. We have considered repairing the current code but feel that beginning fresh may be the best option. We have been loosing a lot of time troubleshooting and need the work done ASAP. Also the existing data would need to be imported over so we didn't loose any of our current users or data.

Because of the bad code, the following functions do not work and need to be repaired:

1. There is a messaging system that is not functioning properly on the site
2. The directory area does not seem to function 100% of the time and is slow.
3. The ability to add functions and features and grow
4. User profiles and dashboards need to be designed better
