HR company (startup) is searching for a very well experienced Senior Software Developer. 
The mission will be to start the creation and assist the project manager (long term business relationship with possibility to share the revenue once the website is live).
Please read carefully the description of the website project and make sure you are able to deliver before applying.
In an nutshell:
- Community portal (facebook like BUT with Google Wave technology): experienced in Google Wave API is a requirement
- CMS: Create own CMS or use and modify an open source one like Wordpress, Joomla or Drupal
- Look and feel: Google like. Simple and clear. 
- Content: available.
- eCommerce implementation: Freemium (part of the content will be free - other content will require a premium account with monthly subscription)
- CRM: Salesforce like integration but open source one like SugarCRM.
- Document library with simple search and advanced search feature. Again free content available and paid content available only with premium account.
- Flash animation: 1 or 2 banners to create to promote the site and launch a marketing campaign.

The project will be fully described during a Skype Interview.
We cannot fix an initial budget for this website. We want it to be ready by the end of March 2010. Once finished there will be a bonus if it meets 100% of our satisfaction and also a contract signed with our company to participate on the revenue generates via the website.
