I want a website like trendycellular.com linked to my ebaypartnernetwork account. 

EACH PEOPLE WHO BID MUST SHOW THE WORK THEY DID WITH THE EBAY API ON THEIR BID OTHERWISE THEIR BID WILL BE REJECTED.

a)    Website will be populated by admin 
b)    Visitor will be able to search / browse by make/model + price  
c)    Visitor will be able to view detail page for a cell phone + check possible offers from ebay active auctions
d)    Website will have contact form + static pages like about/privacy and admin will be able to control this.
e)    Website wil need a member account and registration options       user will get updates on new cars and will be able to rate the cars
