I require a WordPress specialist who is able to "skin" a WordPress blog to match the general look and feel of an exisiting site.

The develop should also bear in mind that core files must be left unedited in order to preserve a standard upgrade path as new versions are released.

This project is for one blog, but I have another blog to do immediatly following if I am happy with work.
