I am looking for a designer / programmer / firm to design and develop a sales portal for trucks and trailers for equestrian ( horse ) riders and their community.

I need it to have a rural / american west feel and theme for the site.

It must also have space for brokers and dealers to have banner adds, self service for private party ads with a paypal integration to accept credit cards.

It must also have a bulk load function so that dealers can load 10 to 100 vehicles at a time from a CSV sheet.

There must also be an administrative back end.

I am open to suggestion on platform and or scripts, I think LAMP and or a joomla based site may be the best.
