Re-posting job for multilingual vacation home rental website with the following features:

- A user login where users can list their own properties by creating a membership, entering property details, uploading photos / videos and choosing a marketing scheme.

- Different membership schemes with different rates. Member can pay membership fees via credit card or Paypal.

- An admin login where admin is able to edit / add meta information, page content, form fields, search fields.
- Option to create sales promo such as a "featured property" for members to increase exposure of their property.

Basic design and sample content. full graphics and content development will be completed by us. 

Project Technology: PHP/MySQL.
Please provide a price for project completion (We do not accept per hour rates).
