I need a developer that can create a mobile android application that will modify the layout of the android home screen.  Very Simple Modification.  GUI will simple be a button to turn on or off the modification.  Must be able to have compatibility with OS 1.5 and newer.   Also, must work with HTC Droid Eris (i.e. Home Sense).
