My client has purchased a wordpress template. I need it modified to fit there needs and installed and the database and what not set up. It must be done in 10 days or less (not including mods). This could be many or just a few mods.

I'm willing to pay $110-160 for this work.

Here is my client description of the site and work.

We are a new property sourcing company. Need basic website urgently (7-10days) where we can post up property deals for investors. We will then go on to enlarge and add content and information products to the site at a later date.


We require the website to be constructed with SEO in mind during the build and probably a follow up SEO programme (please quote on this). We expect to be targeting between 10 and 20 keywords of moderate popularity. We require the following functionality for the website:

We would expect the site initially to be between 5-10 pages with ability to add content ourselves after construction and provision for expansion.


We need to be able to post new property deals up ourselves (short description and picture).


Users will have to register to get more information than the brief description posted and so that we can capture their details for further email marketing of information and deals.


We would preferably like some sort of registration/log-in feature so users only have to register once, but will consider other options in interim to keep development time and costs down.


We would want to be able to track site statistics.
