We need someone to code is a PHP Form  to allow us to easily interface into the Chase Paymentech/Orbital payment gateway. It should use the Online XML API. The full documentation of the XML can be found here:

 The code must follow best practices for PHP security. The code must produce and submit well formed XML, and be able to receive and process XML responses properly. The code must be able to pass certification testing by Chase. 

The form needs to have capabilities to allow me to do the following:

 Basic Credit Card Processing
-Preform Pre-Auth
-Perform Capture
 -Process card (enter info, amount, return status)
 -Verify card, but do not charge
 -Refund amount
 -Perform Address verification
 -Verified by VISA processing
 -MasterCard SecureCode processing

 General
 -Error handling
 -Reporting/logging
 -End of Day posting
 -End of day reporting
 -General configuration setup (for account settings, IP, passwords, ect…)
