We need a developer with very good skills in XML / RPC for an API integration.

The job to be done is the integration of an API similar to the following URL:
http://us.fotolia.com/Services/API/Documentation

You will have to implement all methods (similar to the following URL) in HTML design I will provide you (PHP header, PHP footer in order to always have the same header / footer).

THIS JOB IS ONLY FOR PEOPLE WITH ENOUGH SKILLS TO IMPLEMENT AN API WITH XML/RPC IN HTML DESIGN.

I post this job back because someone accepted to make it but then ask me for more money, so to be clear the price is $100 not more. Thanks for your understanding.
