I'm starting small videoconsulting service. I'm using hired flash solution. It is expansive and not very good. I'm thinking about my own solution.

What I need is a real-time transfer of voice and audio between the consultant and his client. Clients (well, consultants too) have many kinds of Internet connection and their speed is from 200kbit (sometimes less = nightmare for video streaming) to 1Gbit. I need to adjust independently audio quality and video quality and also in different ways (client->consultant, consultant->client).
For example: client want to see the consultant but don't want to be seen himself. Then will set the lower video resolution and will prefer the audio because he has terrible connection (8Mbit with 1:50 aggregation).

I need it as simple as possible, it should be some web-page applet (no installation needed at consultant/client side).
