1) Perform search for "form" and "cik":

Example:
Search: "form-type=4 and cik=0000789019"
Choose: Year=1994-2009
[GO] Output displayed

2) Click the "Text" format link next to record. You will see xml data at the bottom of this page.

3) Collect all of the xml data for all the records displayed when searching "form-type & cik"

4) Perform same query and collect data for 19,000 CIK numbers with 5 different forms each (I have list in csv format for you).

I only need data output organized in csv form. (I do not need script).

I prefer no upfront money paid. I will pay 100% when completed. Experience professionals only. What is your time to deliver output files?
